Africa is famous for its innumerable land animals, birds and bugs but the waters lapping its coastline also offers an array of wildlife.

This DVD is an insight into these animals, focusing on three sea mammals.

Bottlenose Dolphins, Cape Fur Seals and mighty Southern Right Whales all call these waters home, and although they share a habitat, each of their lives is uniquely different.

Mating rituals, languages, feeding habits and alliances all vary to suit each animals needs and to ensure the future of its species.

Some reach enviable speeds as they cut through the water, others take their time to get to their desired destination but all have adapted to the dangers and daily life in these busy seas.
