Sanibel Island, off the Gulf coast of Florida, is home to some of the most spectacular bird life in the world.

In one morning, you may see 30 or 40 different species including one third of all the Roseate Spoonbills in existence, Yellow-Crowned Night Herons hunting Fiddler Crabs, Black-Necked Stilts and Skimmers.

Inland the might Bald Eagle, Pelicans, Egrets, Willets and Wood Storks head a cast of 1000's and sunset will bring yet more headliners.
