For half a century, ploughing experts from all over the world have been gathering together to compete for the title of World Champion Ploughman. For the Millennial Championship, the contest returned to Lincolnshire, in Eastern England, and for 4 days more than 100 acres of prime agricultural land was taken over by 39 pairs of ploughing horses, vintage and modern tractors, steam enginesand just about anything else that could pull a plough - including an ex-military tank!
