Mary spends a whole day at the new Bicton Arena in Devon explaining and demonstrating her successful techniques, as well as passing on many useful tips. Mary rides her daughter's new 7 year old horse and her Head Girl is on an inexperienced 5 year old.

Mary's positive riding has been a feature of international cross country riding for many years and in this programme, the overriding theme is positive thinking.
