This DVD follows the progress of 3-year-old Suffolk Punch Taffy as he is trained for work by Roger and Cheryl Clark on their East Anglian farm. Using methods she has successfully employed for many years, Cheryl trains Taffy to the point where he is ready to be put into the shafts and worked for the first time.

We are guided through the process by broadcaster and heavy horse enthusiast Paul Heiney, and given advice on all aspects of dealing with a young heavy horse.
