A healthy upbringing, responsible handling – these are the basic requirements when it comes to training and achieving a solid riding horse.

The traditional training program is followed consistently and to the letter. Even if the horse is being trained for competitive dressage, Klaus Balkenhol's Remonte horses are also ridden cross-country and over jumps. It takes about two years to create a Remonte.

The basic rule: make demands on the horse, but never demand too much.

The result: a strong horse with full trust in the rider.
