Chi Sau Or Sticky Hands

This training requires great concentration and is practised with both arms clinging to one another while practising.

It is similar to free fighting where one attack without warning, with both arms still in contact.

After much practise you will develop quicker reflexes, sensitivity and an ability to predict your opponent's movements.
