Reining

It's one of the most flamboyant of equestrian sports, and Reining certainly enthralled the crowds at the 2006 FEI World Equestrian Games in Aachen.

Almost 70 riders donned their Stetsons and wowed the spectators with a dressage display - Western Style!

Reining is designed to show harmony, control and obedience as horse and rider perform a set pattern of movements. The performances are based on the manoeuvres needed to work cattle.

This DVD contains highlights of the team and individual competitions - including the all-important rein-off to decide who should be crowned World Champion.
