DVD Regions
All our DVDs are made in the UK and will work on any UK and Europe DVD player (PAL Region 2). Some DVDs are region free (Region 0) and will play on any player, these DVDs will have the logo on their page. If you live outside Europe and want to buy a Region 2 DVD please ensure you have a multi-region player!

Ordering online at this website is designed to be easy, secure, and hassle free. Just browse our Catalogue, click "buy" on any items you wish to buy, and when you are ready you complete your payment on your basket. Simple!

Payment methods
Payment is through Paypal - but you don't need a Paypal account or even have to sign up. Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, and Maestro. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT invoice for your order please email us at the time of purchase

Delivery areas
We deliver worldwide! Postage to Mars may not be possible.

Delivery costs
Delivery on any order to the UK is £1.50 per item, and £1 for each additional item. Our shipping price to Europe is £5.00 per item, and £1 for each additional item. Elsewhere, our shipping price is £6 per item, and £1 for each additional item.

Delivery options
We send orders via Royal Mail within the UK and Airmail elsewhere. If you require any other options such as recorded delivery, please contact us.

How soon to expect delivery
You will always recieve an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched, this is nearly always within 24 hours. We expect delivery to be within 3 working days in the UK and 7-10 days internationally, although this is not in our control. If your order has not arrived within one week in the UK or three weeks elsewhere, please contact us.

Returns Policy
Everything we sell is new and guaranteed. All faulty items will be replaced or refunded. We also offer a 30 day return and refund policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty DVDs
In the unlikely event that you receive a DVD that doesn't work, we would strongly recommend that you first check the DVD on a second (different) player to ensure it is not a compatibility issue. If this does not resolve the problem, please email us with details and return your product, and we will immediately replace or refund it. Please include the order details with the DVD, so we can process the request as quickly as we can.
